Tweed Jacket Anyone?

Some of the links in this blog may generate a small commission, but know that I only post what I love!

Even though the weather is still warm here in Boston, the temps will soon be dropping. I love the fall, but I don't love what comes next.  Winter is tough for me, especially since I'll most likely be in treatment starting in November. Stay positive Susan...

But I DO love fall clothes almost as much as apple picking, pumpkins, and hay rides. And regardless of what the trends are, you simply cannot go wrong with a fabulous tweed jacket to pair with just about everything from jeans to a dress.  I got this one last year from Chico's and wore it quite a few times... even with joggers!

Although the jacket above is no longer for sale, here are some styles that I highly recommend.

This one has a Chanel vibe which is fabulous, but even more fabulous is the price at $128! It would look amazing with leather pants, jeans, or over a black dress with high boots. It adds instant polish to any outfit, plus I love the buttons!

Shop here.

I love this adorable black and white tweed jacket which is super affordable (on sale), but looks expensive!

Uncommon Closet is the social enterprise that benefits Uncommon Threads, the nonprofit I founded almost six years ago. There are several GORGEOUS tweed jackets for sale online (free shipping over $50) and your purchases benefit low-income women. It's a win-win!

This St. John tweed jacket is a STUNNER. Believe me, I know because if it was in my size, I would have scoffed it up. It's a size 4 but has a generous fit. If you're not familiar with St. John, the quality is incredible and brand-new, this jacket probably went for well over $2,0000.

If you want a jacket in a longer length, this tweed ''shacket'' is so good!
The neutral colors will go with everything too.

Or if you prefer color to neutrals or black, this gorgeous sage green tweed jacket is a beauty.
And how about that fringe? Big YES for me!

Happy tweed jacket shopping! I hope this post was helpful.
Thanks for stopping by!

xx Susan
