Hair Biology: Full & Vibrant Review for Hair Over 50

Friday, March 31, 2023

This post was sponsored by Hair Biology, but all opinions expressed are my own.

Dull lifeless hair?

Did you know that as we get older, our scalp's natural oil production can drop in half ? Both time and damage can cause frizz, flyaways, broken ends, and thinning hair.

Everyone used to tell me how amazing my hair was.  Although I have always struggled with frizz and a crazy curl pattern, I had thick, healthy, and shiny hair.  Enter menopause, hormonal changes, and age...all of which have changed how my hair looks and feels (not in a good way).  At 61, my hair has lost its shine and bounce...one of the "not so wonderful" things about aging.

I've been a big fan of Hair Biology for quite a while, so I was excited to use their Full & Vibrant Collection to give my hair some badly needed TLC. This line is specifically designed for us "midlife women",  to give hair hydration and nourishment.

Hair Biology Full & Vibrant review

I started with the Hair Biology Full & Vibrant Shampoo followed by their conditioner.  Both products are  infused with biotin, and free from parabens and dyes, making them safe for color-treated hair like mine.  They don't weigh the hair down and the scent is intoxicating.  So clean and fresh!

My hair combs out easily with these products!

I also love their Thickening Treatment, which can be used on wet or dry hair.
I used a few pumps at the roots for some volume.  It instantly thickens each strand and there is less breakage.  I love it!

After a blow-dry, this is how my hair came out...
Thank you, Hair Biology!

The highlights even "pop" more!

So what's my verdict? Hair Biology's Full & Vibrant Collection is a winner.
My hair looks and feels amazing...I'm a fan!
