This jacket is a must-have closet essential. Wear with a tee and jeans for a casual look...over a work dress....with trousers and a blouse... or with a sequined dress or top for a night out on the town. You can create so many looks with a fabulously fitting black jacket. Some of my favorite lines are Theory, Banana Republic and J. Crew. However, if you're on a budget, check out Target or H & M.
You might not think of putting these two colors together but the result is fabulous. It works because olive green is a neutral and goes with just about everything.
If red is not a good color for you (it doesn't work for everyone!) try substituting raspberry. One trick for using contrasting colors...keep you accessories neutral!
A fabulous trenchcoat is a "must have" piece. For a more classic look, go with a tailored trench in a neutral color such as gray, black or beige. To pop some warmth into an outfit look for a trench in a eye-catching color. I love the beautiful colors shown here. Busty women should stay clear of double breasted styling or very large lapels. Petite women, watch the length of your trench--car coat length may be better for you. Put a trenchcoat on your spring shopping list!
