Nighty-night

What you do for your skin at night can have a huge impact on how it looks in the morning. Of course a good night's sleep is essential for a glowing complexion, but who gets eight hours of sleep anymore? Not me!
Since our skin actually"repairs" during the evening hours, it 's important to get all the make-up off and use great skincare products. Here's what's working for me these days.
I started using Prescriptives Super Line Preventor beauty products over the past few weeks and have been pleasantly surprised at the difference in my skin. I start with a freshly washed face and apply their Xtreme serum first (just a few drops is all you need!). This "cocktail" of super duper antioxidants recharges the complexion and literally brings it back to life. It's "health food" for the skin! On top of the serum, I apply the Super Line Preventor Overnight Radiance Cream, a rich emulsion of hydrating goodness that plumps and evens out skin-tone. After just two weeks of using these products, I can confidently say they work! Brown spots look lighter, lines are diminished and my skin looks refreshed and more hydrated. I give these products two big thumbs up. It's no wonder both products get five-star reviews!
Lack of sleep has a huge impact on how our skin looks. A restful sleep can take years off, however the older I get the harder it is to fall asleep. I try to stay away from medications as much as I can, so Whole Foods has become my local "pharmacy". At their suggestions I tried Moondrops, which is absolutely amazing! It helps me fall asleep and stay asleep longer. It's truly been a life-saver for me!
