Lounging around
Tuesday, October 06, 2015
Oh those lazy days when it feels so good to curl up with a cup of tea and a good book! Here's an idea for a cute lounging outfit that will take you from hanging out around the house to running errands.
This Max Studio flannel shirt (found at Marshall's) has a bit more style and softness than a traditional stiffer flannel. Similar here. Jeans by Joe's.
After a few hours of relaxation time, it's time to throw on some boots and head out for a bit.
Aquatalia makes the BEST boots ever. They're incredibly comfortable, will last for years, and the waterproof suede really holds up to the elements.
Pricey yes, but they're worth every cent. I don't skip on my midlife feet.
Quick fix to the "bed head", grabbing a burgundy wool coat and my very old Coach
cross-body pouch (LOVE this one!)...
...and "a shopping I will go!"
I should have left my credit card at home!

I don't like a lot of flannel, but this I like!
ReplyDeleteThanks Andrea! Look for something that's a bit more feminine than a traditional flannel shirt. This one is so comfy and cozy--Marshall's!

ReplyDeleteWhen picking your warm water-fighting wearables, the trick is to choose for your climate and your needs. Any good boot will keep out the weather, but it can also hold in the sweat if you’re in a hotter climate. If you need any kind of help, visit Waterproof Wiki
ReplyDeleteYour feet should stay warm and dry when running through the mud, through a creek, or standing in deep water. If you’re ready for anything, you want the best work boots.
