Is it really possible to find shoes that not only look good, but keep your feet happy? The answer is yes and Cordani has the perfect recipe for combining comfort with style. Today's field trip was a visit to   the Cordani home office in Wakefield  to check out their spring line-up and investigate their "secret outlet store". Owner and shoe designer Michael Ciccia gave me a tour and of course I was drooling all the way.

The comfort features:  These Italian made shoes have molded footbeds, arch supports, heel grips and padded insoles.  They're designed with curved under-soles that give a "rocker" type effect that makes them comfortable for walking...and the leather is soooo soft!!

The styles:  Cordani shoes are fashion forward. Even their "Dansko-like" clogs have patent leather wedges and are sophisticated and streamlined. Their sandals come in gorgeous colors with lightweight cork and straw wedges.  And their boots? Let's just say they're to die for!

Here are a few photos from my Cordani adventure.

Edgy and comfy? Yep!

The best kept secret around is Cordani's outlet store that is open
on Thursday and Friday from 10-3 and Saturday 10-4
They're located at 76 Albion St. Wakefield, MA

Shoes range between $55.00-$95.00  and there are great bargains to be had!

Cordani shoes are sold on-line at  Zappos, Nordstrom, Garnet Hill (just to name a few!) and locally at Sole Armour.
Check their website for the location near you.
And look for Cordani shoes to be featured in my next Merrimack Valley Magazine Style File Column --out this summer.
